These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revive Sales platform, including all associated software, features, and services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Revive Sales (“we,” “us,” or “our”), with its principal place of business at 16842 NE 39th Ct, Apt C1010, Redmond, WA 98052. By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Revive Sales is a dormant pipeline intelligence platform that analyses historical sales notes and surfaces re-engagement signals to help sales teams identify when closed-lost accounts are ready to be contacted again. The Service includes rep note sentiment analysis, web intelligence signal processing, a signal briefing dashboard, and CRM outcome synchronisation.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@revivesales.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not upload data you do not have the right to process, attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Service, use the Service to transmit spam or malware, resell or sublicense the Service to third parties without our prior written consent, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
The Service is offered under the following plans: Free ($0/month, up to 20 accounts/month), Starter ($49/month per user, up to 150 accounts/month), and Pro ($99/month per user, up to 500 accounts/month). Paid plans are billed monthly per user via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to or generate through the Service, including CRM records, sales notes, and account information. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. Each customer's data is logically isolated — no other customer can access your data. Your Customer Data is never used to train shared AI models without your explicit written authorisation. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 90 days.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse sales notes and generate re-engagement signals and suggested message openers. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to act on any AI-generated output. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in closed deals or any specific business outcome.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Revive Sales and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all intellectual property rights in your uploaded data. Nothing in these Terms grants us any right to use your data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secret and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for a period of three years.
We warrant that we will provide the Service in a professional manner and that it will operate materially as described in our documentation. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIVE SALES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revive Sales and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your uploaded data, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms begin on the date you create an account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 10 days of written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
