We collect your email address and password when you create an account. When you upload a CSV, we process the contents to deliver the service — company names, contact names, deal stages, and notes. We do not collect this data for any other purpose.
Your uploaded pipeline data is used exclusively to detect signals, generate briefings, and draft outreach messages within Revive. We never sell or share your data with third parties. AI processing is done through Anthropic's API under data processing agreements.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Uploaded pipeline data is stored only as long as you maintain an account.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information — all payment data is handled securely by Stripe under their privacy policy and PCI compliance standards. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. We do not offer refunds.
You can close your account and permanently delete all associated data at any time from the account settings panel. This includes all uploaded pipeline data, signals, and workspace information. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, Anthropic for AI processing, and Stripe for payment processing. Each operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
